Dashboard

The branchly dashboard is accessible at dashboard.branchly.io, where you can manage your organization and Applications.

Login​

To log in to the dashboard, you have the following options:

  • Email: Use the email address and password associated with your branchly account.
  • Google: Select the Google button to authenticate with your Google credentials.
  • Microsoft: Select the Microsoft button to authenticate with your Microsoft credentials.

Organization Management​

Within the dashboard, you have the capability to:

  • Invite Users: Extend invitations to new users to join your organization. You need the admin permission to invite other users.
  • Modify Organization Profile: Update the organization's name and profile image as needed.
  • Set Permissions: Assign roles to users within your organization, choosing between admin or member. Admins have the authority to manage Plan & Billing and have the ability to delete Applications.

Applications Overview​

After logging in, the Organization view presents an overview of all existing Applications and the option to create new ones.

Onboarding​

For new users, an onboarding process is available to help you set up a basic version of your Application. This will guide you through to the point where you can test and even publish your Application.

Home Dashboard​

The home dashboard of your Application offers a snapshot of recent events and performance:

  • Session Statistics: Shows the total number of interaction sessions in the last 30 days, along with a comparative analysis against the previous 30 days. This includes a detailed breakdown of sessions specifically within your Application for the selected timeframe.
  • Application Overview: Displays the current status, locations on your website where the Application is embedded, and the name and ID of your Application.
  • Recent Interactions: Lists the latest user interactions with your user interfaces.
  • Recent Data Source Runs: Latest data source runs, both triggered manually by a user and by our scheduler.
  • Onboarding Progress: If you have not completed the Onboarding process yet, you see the current status of your progress.
